Andy Ransberry joined us at Coventry North Rotary Club for lunch today, June 16th 2015.  We enjoyed his illustrated talk about the situation in Africa, and how local people were able to deal with the outbreak of Ebola.  He first spoke to us a year ago when Past President Ashwin Kanabar donated funds to pay for 'T' shirts promoting the charity LACES, and produced a photograph of a young African lady wearing one of the garments. Sadly, Ashwin could not be present today, but Andy's grateful thanks will be passed on to him. Andy's host today was Past President Ron Taylor and Acting President was Past President Michael White who gave a a cheque for the future work of the charity.
