Rotary and Polio – The End Game

 Peter Balfe has extensive knowledge about Polio and is an expert in viral infections, so come along and find out more about Polio as we, hopefully, enter the final stages of its eradication. New Rates for District Conference HQ Hotel

I am pleased to be able to tell you that the HQ Hotel for the District Conference in Cardiff have agreed to reduce their rates for our event and I give below these new prices. They are substantially lower than those previously notified. I would most grateful, please, if you could pass on these new rates in your next monthly News Letter and encourage Rotarians to taken advantage of these reductions and to book at the HQ hotel.

Secretaries Newsletter for February 2012

The nomination forms for Committee Membership for 2012/13 have been sent to all Secretaries. Return date for completed forms is 1st March. Existing Committee members who wish to continue must complete a new nomination form.

Last reminder that the third District Council Meeting for 2011/12 is scheduled for Wednesday 14th March at the Arden School, Knowle at the usual time of 6.30 for 7.00. This is the meeting when the budget will be agreed for 2012/13 so it is important and relevant to all Rotarians.
