Club Annual Returns

For the second time of asking would all clubs please complete an International Projects Report, to enable us to compile the District report for RIBI.
It is really importatn that you let us know what International projects your club has been involved in.

Please read the notes attached below (“Guide to completing club.pdf”) before you complete the Club Annual Returns Form, (which is an Excel spreadsheet)
and can be down loaded from the following address.

http://files.1060.org.uk/Club%20International%20Projects%20Feedback11-12...

If you need help, please consult your District International Chairman Peter Mayer.

The form should be completed by the Club Treasurer in conjunction with the Club International Chairman.

Please email your completed Excel spreadsheet before the 31st May, to your District International Service Chairman, Peter Mayer at,  "petermayer@blueyonder.co.uk"

Why should all clubs report before the end of the Rotary Year?

The information will be collated and published in a directory of projects, which will be available to all clubs from July 1st 2012 and will be available to download from the RIBI website.

The information will also be used for PR purposes locally and nationally which will lead to greater impact in the media and hopefully an improvement in the public perception of Rotary.
