10k RUNNERS ASKED “ARE YOU TOUGH ENOUGH”

By Ian Maddock - Posted on 14 August 2014

Serious distance runners around the Midlands are being challenged by the Rotary Club of Kinver to prove they are tough enough to tackle the club’s annual  10k run.

Posters for the BodyKraft 10Kinver Challenge are asking “Consider Yourself Tough Enough?” to complete the gruelling course along the country lanes circling the village and suggesting they “try it and support a great cause”

Costs of staging the event,  have already been covered by main sponsor BodyKraft  of Pensnett, supported by Dudley Motor Company and Kidderminster asbestos management specialists Safeline, will be held on Sunday October 5 in aid of Action Heart.

More than 200 runners are expected to take part, with scores of youngsters taking part in a family 2k fun run on the same day.  Entry forms can be found on the Action Heart website www.actionheartrunning.com.
