NIGHT OF MYSTERY ENJOYED BY ROTARIANS AND FRIENDS

By Ian Maddock - Posted on 26 April 2015

Alveley Entertainers brought their latest murder mystery to St James's Church of England Primary School for Kinver Rotarians and friends, who attempted to unravel who was responsible for the demise of Lord Parker Smythe, and how it was done and why. The evening included a meal of fish and chips (and pudding) and an opportunity to question the suspects. Top sleuths were 'The Moores', with Sherlock Ann Williams close behind. Inspector Clouseau, alias Bob Hemming, was so confused he thought everyone was responsible and was awarded the sympathy prize of a box of chocolates.

Although it was intended purely as a fun and fellowship evening £270 was raised to be shared between the International and New Generations Service committees.
