James Lovatt is the Leamington & Warwick Rotaract Club President for 2011/12, 1060 Rotaract Chair and has recently taken up a role on the National Rotaract (RGBI) board to develop International ties. After speaking at the District Rotary Conference in October he will touch on how his club feels Rotarians can support Rotaract. He will be inviting honest thoughts on what has caused Rotaract membership to fall back so much in the UK, and will outline what UK Rotaractors plan to do to resolve this.
