2011 Megaride

2011 Megaride Badge

Once again the organisers want to thank all you hardy motorcyclists who donned their gear and came to support the Megaride and our special thanks to our hosts, Laurence and Caroline O'Neill at the Queens Head in Meriden.

The conditions could have been better (slight understatement) but you still raised a considerable amount of money for CLIC Sargent, the Charity which supports Kids with Cancer.

2012 Megaride 10th June

2012 Megaride Badge

Venue for the 2012 Megaride will be at the Queen's Head Public House in Meriden

The Queens Head will be open all day for drinks and refresments - Special Motorcycle Park - Events - Displays and more

The NEW route for the Megaride from Arrow Mill will be put on the site as soon as we know Bikes assemble at Arrow Mill from 10.00am and the ride leaves Arrow Mill prompt at 11.00am

We've put in a request for a sunny day.

We are unlikely to have a police escort for the ride in 2012 so a NEW route for the Megaride will be posted on the website in due course

A TIMELY REMINDER ABOUT THE VALUE OF OUR RIDING CODE...

It is a while since we suffered a glitch in the application of our route marking system, but we did during our recent Ludlow weekend. The incident illustrates a need for rigorous adherence to the rules by everyone. If the system is to function faultlessly there must be no variation from any aspect.
