DISTRICT QUIZ AREA 6 ROUND

TEAM KINGFISHER

Team Kingfisher were well beaten in the quiz coming in at no 4.

The team did manage enough points however to retain the wooden spoon.

The winning team on the night was The Rotary Club of North Worcestershire where we look forward to seeing them compete against the other Area winners - Arbury, Stourbridge, Knowle and Dorridge, Birmingham Breakfast, Rugby and Southam 2000. The final will take place on the 14th April at the Westmead Hotel Hopwood.

Presidents Notes

Quite a bit has happened since the last newsletter.

Our publicity evening at Sainsbury’s was a little disappointing but it gave us an opportunity to try out our publicity boards and leaflets.   We didn’t get any response to the information packs we handed out but let’s not give up interest yet.  The membership group will be meeting shortly and I look forward to them sharing their ideas with us.
